The site shares information about the upcoming hotel, conference center, residential properties, retail opportunities available, and even the district’s own nature preserve.

The Katy Boardwalk District is being developed by KB Development, Next Capital Ventures, Sueba USA, CBRE Group, KDW, and the City of Katy. This lakefront destination will be located south of I-10 on Kingsland Boulevard. This development will welcome many families and businesses to the city of Katy, and Crescere Digital is happy to be a part of this exciting new project.

Crescere Digital is proud to announce the launch of the Del Bello Lakes website. Working closely with Boe Creative, the agency for this new community in the city of Manvel, and developer Shea Homes, Crescere Digital brought the community’s vision to life with delbellolakes.com.

The site features information about the full-featured recreation center and the amazing builder line-up featured in the community, which will include Shea Homes, Perry Homes, Ashton Woods and Westin Homes. A spring 2020 grand opening is planned. The community is located along Highway 288 near Highway 6, and is named after the Del Bello family, one of the original settlers of Manvel in the early 1900s.
